Each crinoline is brand new and never used. The size is adjustable from a 24inch to a 48 inche waist. The top layer is made of smooth polyester hemmed with a beautiful lace trim. The second layer is a layer of tulle. The under layer is a smooth polyester lining which prevents the tulles from scratching against your sensitive skin. We have semi full, regular full and extra fullness. The regular full has 12 inches of tulle.
We can only dye in pastel colors. We also dye the crinolines in Rite Dye.
